Aaaaand OSO Volume 7 Complete.

OSO_v07_263Another volume is behind me. It's a good thing of course, but there's something that unnerves me.

Yes, the fact that the releases come too often. I wish I had some time to work on re-translating early AMA volumes and editing the rest... especially now, with the anime fans coming over. I mean, it's not like I slacked and fucked up horribly, but my style and language proficiency in both English and Japanese improved over what's soon to be 3 years (next month) and 25+ volumes I translated so far (not to mention manga and stuff you won't ever see my name on, hmph). It nearly physically pains me to be judged for my earlier(especially the earliest) translations right now.

Geh. Now, filled the post with complaints, I feel better. Next, links: Epilogue, Afterword, Full Text.

What's next? Of course AMA:AM, but before that I'd like to take a short break to do some other stuff I have planned.

PS: About the afterword, sorry Megaman fans if I screwed up something, I never watched nor read Megaman so I might have possibly screwed up those references.

Wow, that's so friggin ruthless. Two OSO volumes in two months. And at a busy time for me too... I really don't have time to translate. Far from catching up, I'm being left behind by the releases dammit!

      Thanks for heads-up.

YOu must be fucking kidding me. So they rushed the chapters so much to insert a fucking fan service episode? (Crazy Summer Time is a chapter from the new Another Mission volume, 100% fanservice).

And yes, I dropped it after episode 2 or 3.

That's depressing, I thought they were rushing it so that they could devote more time to the major events, if they basically screw up the characterization pretty hard.

Then again, they swapped Usagi's and Ikaruga's arc placement so we really should have seen it coming.

On a note though, if provided raws, would you be interested in the Drama CDs for AMA?

    Thank you for volume 7.
You said about manga and stuff, but do you have a plan to translate OSO manga?
I had some RAW (it's low quality RAW, though) and wanna try to translate it, but my english is just horrible

    Thanks for translating this book!

It had too much shipping for my taste around the middle but the rest was great! I'm looking forward to volume 8.

And where is Magi with glasses?
After I saw the cover, I wanted to read about those glasses.
Did I skip something in this volume? I'gonna reread it!

Hello, Krytyk. I'm the translator of AMA from English to Russian; my English is bad as usual (>_<).
I didn't understand clearly. Will you translate AMA 2 again or begin to translate AMA: AM?

AMA:AM will be translated. I will translate AMA 2 again, but only when I catch up to releases. (ama 2, half of oso:silver goddess next month).

At least wait until Bareus does his check. That one usually comes with a day's delay.
