Darkness. How many scumbags can fit into one chapter?

TMG_v08_145And not only chapter, but also into one illustration.

Well, I'll keep it short. Or try to as I'm currently in middle of a raid. Yay.

Chapter is here.

As for the mythological references in the chapter, I know that some might not be exactly the same as they are in wikipedia for example, and some meanings differ. However, this is the author's interpretation and my translation of author's interpretation.

Second thing, Only Sense Online is apparently a big hit, and is getting a reprints, yay!

Thanks for all the speedy translations :D

As for OSO getting a reprint, do you think that'll increase the chance of it getting published in English? I'd love to buy the books of OSO, Antimagic, and a few others, but it would be silly to be buy them in a language I can't read.

Very unlikely, I can tell you. I once talked to a few representatives in the industry 2-3 years ago about this kind of thing. The general answer they gave me was that LNs, as a medium in general, do so poorly in the English market that they will only localize a LN if it's extremely popular and very likely to see a high demand (like SAO, cough). Otherwise the risks involved are simply too high. I'm afraid to say OSO definitely goes to a rather niche audience =P

I wouldn't count it out completely, over the last year it seems that Yen Press undertook the task of popularizing LN as a medium in United States.

I'm actually rereading all 3 volumes of OSO when ever I got the time so hearing that OSO is getting popular is really a nice news for me next thing you know someone might be translating the manga soon

Manga looks very easy to translate. Though I expect whoever starts translating them to fail miserably like the majority.

Hi, thanks for your translation. I want to ask something : is there romance in OSO ?

No, not really. There is potential built up in it, but there's no clear romance.

Hmmmmm.....I feel like haunted is much better than Sougetsu. At least haunted is 'funny'. Thx Kry-sama. And darkness + justice.

Thanks for "Darkness" chapter. Awesome as always. As for OSO getting a reprint, what does that mean exactly for us fans of the translations?

Manga adaptation already exists, anime adaptation... that would be difficult. But it surely won't be axed by publisher.

being this famous chances high for getiing it licensed like other type of this genre LN....So its complicated that I rejoice or not?

          3. All Night

You don't really have to worry about it being licensed until an anime comes out. If the anime is super successful then you should keep an eye out.
