I'm kinda back, with more despair for you, and myself.

EB_v01_160That was about four weeks break (I think? Can't be bothered checking when did I release OSO side volume chapter). I'm still not in top form and lack motivation, but I finished up chapter 3 of Elvenblood (which was lying on my HDD SSD for those four weeks at 50% completion).

Whether the releases will be fast, slow, or I'll continue my break... who knows, I sure don't. For now, get chapter 3 here, if you're ready for more edgy despair.

Now to announcements, another Only Sense Online volume's release date was announced for October 15th (tentative, release dates often change), which is a very speedy release for another volume (have mercy on me!).

Release plans remain as they are, Elvenblood 1, then OSO 6, AMA 11, OSO 7, AMA 2 (re-translate). Elvenblood 2 is... no idea, I'll do it when I'll feel like it (<--very important, this series friggin' depresses the **** out of me. Why didn't I take more fluffy stuff instead...).

One more issue, about comments. I'm not going to cater to silly requests and questions. If you're to ask "how many volumes does xx have", don't. Instead go use Google and find out.

If you're going to ask "when will you translate xx or yy", don't, I'll mark your post as spam.

If you want to bash a series because it's not to your liking (a.k.a. non-constructive criticism), stop reading immediately and gtfo, you're not welcome here.

In other words, silly and stupid stuff will not go through. I do announce everything important in the posts, starting with the schedule, ending with the original novels' release dates.

Uh oh... the when you "feel like it" for elvenblood two is making me nervous that you might just drop the series...

Happiness is more pronounced after a period of sadness. Balance must be achieved, otherwise one side will just assume it to be ordinary.

And sometimes, a MC with serious personal problems going through a hard situation and then later casually slaughtering the enemy makes you giddy with joy.

Having only fluffy stuff is depressing in it's own way. You have to have at least some dispair or it gets really boring and repetitive really fast.

I'm surprised at the very subtle despair this chapter.

I was expecting more things that would throw me into hopeless depression!

Watch as the next one makes me want to cut myself~ c:

It's like getting run over by a truck: If you know what's coming, you can probably avoid the worst by jumping out of the way, but you're screwed if you casually walk into one because you were distracted by a cat.

Thank you for what you are doing, and take all the time you need. I can't complain about how much time it's taking since I am not doing it, and you are....and a good job you do. Really looking forward to OSO though.....

Thanks for your continued hard work, and take as much time as you need. You do a great job, and I'd hate to see you burn yourself out on our behalf.

Welcome back, Krytyk! (Normally, there would be a link with the picture of the 11th volume in paperback but I haven't been able to go back to parents' house...)

I think you translate this kind of stuff since in the end, after the tragedies, there's still a happy ending.

I always felt that heartbreak was the surest proof a character was loved. So in that vein, I tend to immerse myself in dark series like these until I'm an emotional wreck, then pick up a comedy and/or Iyashikei-type of series so that I don't kill myself or something.

Wow, you've got a lot of things to translate!

5/6 volumes to translate, please do pace yourself since we do not want to see/hear our beloved translator collapsed...

Also, thx for the next chapter! I will now brace myself to read it...

hmm... as much as I want to test that statement (I have a weird sense of competitiveness LOL), I will refrain from doing so as I would rather say...:

Welcome back, nice to hear from you again ^^ hope your break was relaxing and refreshing enough. I agree about the dark ****, take it one dose at a time, spread out over long periods of time and with large frequent quantities of fluff ;3 (not specifically translating but also reading lots of other fluff for personal fulfillment)

@krytyk developed diabetes after translating too much OSO. Without the sugar that is OSO, fatigue has set in. To help cure this horrible situation, send sickly sweet OSO images to @krytyk.

I have those, don't worry :3. In fact, I had them 5 minutes after the book's release. (I don't like chibi Yun though, the face is serioously weird).

But it's chibi Yun! (I do agree the jaw line is off).

I figured you'd have 99.9% of the OSO images already. It's a shame there isn't more fan art, there's only a few on Pixiv.

I told you, OSO is better for right after Elvenblood. Still, a month and a half? Either there haven't been many changes with that part of the WN or they heve been done concurrently with the composing of the two-three previous volumes...

    Thanks for the chapter.

According to the summary on kadokawa's page, it's stuff from webnovel's arc 4, which would explain the speed.
