It begins...

Welcome to Daybreak volume 3~

The prologue is meant to hint at yet another grand concept of the Daybreak setting design. Let's see if your religious wit is up to par. I'm sure the more conservative minded who are still here (after the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster? really?) will be screaming blasphemy.

Since prologue isn't very character focused, I figured I'd wait until chapter 1 is available. Here~

Chapter 2 might take longer. Politics can be hard =x

Enjoy~

You all joke about worshiping the Flying Spaghetti Monster. In one way, it has been loosely "worshipped" by Magic: The Gathering players since April 2010:

While the Magic community calls it Emrakul, after seeing the following comparison, I have been calling it by a different name:

    Always loved this story!
It's a bit complicated here and there, but it's well done.
Just curious though, I think you mentioned artwork for the 3rd volume, and wanted to know if it was up somewhere.
If not, no biggie, the story is what makes it good, though pictures just give a little better visual XD

Working with artist on character profile art, not so much art in the traditional sense of LNs (I have no interest in event artwork really).
May not be for a while though since artist is currently on summer vacation.

I don't know, if I were an artist I'd have already done a picture of the battle against the skywhales, Kaede's long range archery shot, or even the part with the flamethrower. You've got a lot of cool events like that, heck maybe even one of Pascal and Kaede lounging in their room reading would be neat.

Ok 'no interest' is the wrong thing for me to say in the last reply. But what I 'want' and what I 'need' are very different. For the moment I'm prioritizing profile artwork over event artwork, and until I have the profiles I need I'm not going to think the latter much =P

The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is a legitimate church and you will treat it as such!

    Thanks for another chapter.

I'm a cultural expert. Legal status of churches mean nothing to me =P FSM has to work a lot harder to prove its legitimacy in my eyes xD

          "Jedi puudoo!"

Similarities between the Force and the path of Buddha may amaze you =P
Clearly, Buddhist monks are all secretly Jedi in training.
