It might actually seem like Tasha is some high-level uber cook based on the fact that she has highest Cooking skill level in the game at this point, but she simply just got a headstart thanks to being able to procure ingredients for herself. She is a good cook, but not a professional - it's a matter of time until she gets overtaken by full-time cooks.
