It actually sounds kind of nice for some reason. Also the person who did that probably had a lot of time oh his/her hands.
any time you see videos where sound clips were used with varying frequencies and speeds etc alongside their picture content, you know a great deal of time was spent coordinating everything and getting it just right :3
first they have to decide what tune pattern they are doing and then find a way to make it work, the one who made this went even further than normal by animating so many different things in it. my favourite part still stands as the stickman-kids sections :P
